Acai berry is a purple round berry that grows wild in the Brazilian Amazon. Acai pulps contains much more antioxidants (Anthocyanins) than wine. The ORAC value (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) of acai is one of the highest in the world. It also contains high levels of dietary fiber, amino acids, and minerals such as calcium.

Acai Crunchy is obtained from a mix of acai pulp and suggar submitted to dehydration and granulation. The ingredient is used in dehydrated mixes as breakfast cereal, snacks, desserts, ice-cream, cereal bar, among other products.
